2009 looms large

It figures....

It figures.  I get a wonderful idea about starting a family blog to keep us all current (we're spread out from Japan to Philly) and who gets to post the first entry?  My wife, the most tech unsavvy of the whole bunch.  That is actually a testament to the tutelage (and patience) of Philly son Mike.  He must be a pretty good teacher if he can get Marianne up and running on her new laptop.  She's smart, but definitely a digital immigrant to this new world.  The plan is for everyone to post once a week about what is going on in their lives.  Why I think they'll suddenly start listening to me now, I don't know.  Anyway, it's worth a shot.

Note:  Ryan, second from the top, just got out of the hospital this week.  Well at least we didn't let him be on the bottom.

Creek was not liking this at all.  He usually doesn't go near Neil and me, so Mike was holding his head pretty firmly.
